Villa Bellagio Cayman, a Grand Cayman vacation villa of choice, offers per bedroom rates which are budget friendly and comparable to rates of smaller Grand Cayman vacation villas and condos. Renting this larger Grand Cayman vacation villa gives added space and amenities for just a few dollars more than a smaller Cayman island vacation rental. It is better budget sense to rent Villa Bellagio Cayman at a per bedroom option if you have a smaller party of guests.

Many smaller Cayman vacation villa rentals do not have private swimming pools and are smaller in square footage and the condo rentals have shared pools, shared beaches and more of a crowded hotel atmosphere.

Service Charge:

No service charges have been added; however, our cleaners are happy when you show that you appreciate their work.

Included in Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman rates are cleaning service fees for arrival and departure. 

Maid service is available and can be arranged according to your needs at an additional cost.

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts are sometimes offered. 

Discounts are never valid with bookings on any special rate pricing or commission based bookings.

RESERVATIONS:

A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required within seven (7) business days to confirm the reservation with Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman. Final payment is due sixty (60) days (ninety (90) days for Winter reservations) prior to departure date.

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:

We do accept last minute reservations; however, any reservation received within forty-two days (42) of arrival date is subject to a full payment deposit or immediate wire transfer or credit card, no other payment option is available for last minute bookings.

CHECK IN/OUT TIME:

Check in time is generally around 3:00pm but we will work with your arrival time

Check out is at 11:00am sharp (unless otherwise arranged)

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure date are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are NON-REFUNDABLE. High Season/Peak Season cancellations are generally NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to future stays, availability permitting.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.

SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS:

A US $ 500.00 refundable damage deposit is required. The deposit is refunded less any deductibles as soon as repair/replacement bills are received. 

OCCUPANCY BY NUMBERS:

No parties, weddings or large gatherings are allowed to be held at Villa Bellagio Cayman @ Cayman Kai, without written permission. Villa Bellagio Cayman @ Cayman Kai should not be occupied by more persons than specified in agreement. We are licensed by the Cayman Islands Tourism Department to sleep 15 persons in beds (4 king beds, 2 twin beds, 1 twin sofa sleeper and 1 queen sofa sleeper).
